Senior broker (40 hours)

As a senior real estate agent, you will be the face of the branch, as an extension of our team. You work independently, but you are not alone. The focus of the activities is on the purchase, sale, rental and rental of homes in all segments, you can provide your customer with all services. An advantage is that you are a good networker and entrepreneur. You see opportunities, are aware of everything that is happening in the brokerage world and service is of paramount importance.

Job description:

- Intake with customers where you can convince the customer of the benefits of your brokerage; - Valuation of objects to be sold/rented; - Strategic plan to sell or rent the objects; - Using modern means and (social media) channels to be visible; - Guiding customers in the sales / rental process; - Involvement in the negotiation process; - Drafting purchase/rental contracts; - Acquiring new assignments.
