If you, as owner/landlord, prefer to hand over the care of the property, we can take care of this for you in our role as property manager. We ensure that the rent is paid, do the rental administration, advise you on competitive rents and implement changes in the rental agreement.

- Collecting rent and taking care of additional administration, monthly debtor monitoring; 
- Implementing the annual rent price indexations; 
- Manage and settle the deposits; 
- Annual settlement of service costs; 
- Automatic payment of monthly rents and settlement of the management fee; 
- In the event of non-payment, initiation of a collection procedure; 
- Accepting and handling and monitoring complaints, deposits from tenants with regard to the rented; 
- Having maintenance and repair orders, complaint and fault handling handled in consultation with the     landlord / owner; 
- Repair, prevention and multi-year maintenance by our selected professionals; 
- Advising landlord / owner regarding real estate.
